The majority of the work we do is planned and of a non-critical nature, however, we understand that emergencies do occur. Emergencies will always be seen as a priority over pre-booked appointments during normal working hours. Wherever possible please contact the surgery first to give us some notice of what to expect. Outside of normal working hours our emergency services provider is PetMedics in Worsley. If your appointment is disrupted by an emergency we ask that you are understanding, as some events are outside of our control.

Directions to PetMedics
From Horwich, Westhoughton etc
1/ Join the M61 towards Manchester.
2/ Leave at Junction 2 (signposted Manchester A580)
3/ Merge with the A580 (East Lancashire Road), and then turn left at
the first set of traffic lights onto Moorside Road.
4/ After 50 yards turn 1st left into Wardley Business Park - this is
Priestley Road. Follow the road round to the right past B.O.C.;
PetMedics Emergency Clinic is 100 yards on the left.
From Bolton
Join the A666 towards Manchester and continue straight on to merge with
the M61. Leave at Junction 2 (signposted Manchester A580), then follow
directions from Horwich as above.
